If you have one Columbia County process service assignment, follow these simple steps to get started:
Step 1 – First, complete our Online Process Service Request Form and upload your documents: https://www.excellprocessservice.com/process-service-request/
Step 2 – Next, we will send you an invoice for the requested service. Once payment is received, our team will begin the process service promptly.
Step 3 – After that, our process servers will attempt delivery based on your selected priority: Standard, Next Day, or Same Day Rush.
Step 4 – Finally, after successful service, we will email you the Proof of Service. Court filing of the Proof of Service is also available upon request for an additional fee.
Attorneys, Law Firms, Insurance Companies, and Business Organizations
If you plan to use our process service regularly, follow these steps to set up your account:
Step 1 – First, register an account with Excell Process Service to receive a username and password for our online portal. We will bill you according to the arrangements made with your office. To create an account, visit: https://www.excellprocessservice.com/user-registration
Step 2 – Next, log in to our online portal and upload your service documents. Also, include any relevant information that may help our process servers complete service quickly and efficiently.
Step 3 – Once we receive your documents and instructions, our team will begin your process service promptly. Then, we will make service attempts according to your request.
Step 4 – After we serve the documents, we will notify you by email. Additionally, the Proof of Service will be available through the online portal for retrieval. We do not normally file the Proof of Service with the court. However, court filing is available for an additional fee if you request it when submitting your service order.
