Step 1 – Complete our online process service request form and upload all relevant documents through our website.

Step 2 – After reviewing your request, we will issue an invoice. Once payment is received, we will begin processing your service immediately.

Step 3 – Your documents will be served in accordance with your instructions and applicable legal requirements.

Step 4 – Upon completion, a Proof of Service will be sent to you via email.
Please note: Court filing is not included by default. If you require us to file the Proof of Service on your behalf (for an additional fee), please indicate this at the time of submission.

If you plan to use our services regularly, here’s how to get started:

Step 1 – Register for an account with Excell Process Services. You will receive secure login credentials to access our client portal. Billing arrangements will be customized based on your organization’s needs.

Step 2 – Log in to the portal to upload service documents and provide any details that will help us complete your request efficiently.

Step 3 – Once submitted, our team will begin processing your request right away and proceed with service as directed.

Step 4 – After completion, you will be notified via email, and your Proof of Service will be available for download through the portal.
Please note: Filing the Proof of Service with the court is available upon request for an additional fee and must be specified at the time of submission.
